Payments: due at each visit. Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard and Visa-Debit accepted.

Rates: Please visit www.flipphysio.com/rates.

Receipts: emailed after payment is received.

Insurance Coverage: Check with your insurance about referral requirements & coverage. Please note that FL!P Physiotherapy is not responsible for insurance coverages and cannot provide treatments for WSIB claims, MVA claims, or do any direct billing.

Cancellations: Under 24 hours and no shows are charged the full fee of the appointment.

Accessing your TeleHealth Virtual Appointment

Telehealth/Virtual appointments are only for those currently residing in Ontario.

If you are logging on for you TELEHEALTH SESSION please use the link in your Appointment Reminder email (sent 48 hours prior to appointment) to begin your session.

Alternatively you can log in to your Jane account (see the below steps):
1. Go too www.flipphysio.com/onlinebooking/
2. Select the blue “Book Online” button
3. Log In to your Jane account (LOG IN is at the top right hand corner).
4. On the left hand side there is a menu; click “Upcoming Appointments”
5. You will see an icon of a movie camera beside the Telehealth appointment – click this to begin.
