Runner’s Dynamic Warm Up

Please visit my very cheesy video on YouTube showing an example of a Runner’s Dynamic Warm-up. It is a series of movements with the goal of introducing range of motion to the muscles that will be used during your run. Care is to be taken not to push these movements to the point of pain or great sensation; therefore, keep this warm-up comfortable. It only takes a minute, but this minute can help save you many minutes in Physio if done well and consistently. Have a great run!
